Kinetic Coaching also offers unique individual online coaching for those looking to transform their performance to the next level. Our online coaching specifically focuses on Triathlon, or single-disciplined sports such as swimming, cycling or running. All training programmes are individualised and regular communication will be available with our world class coaches who have over 10 years of elite experience in the sport of Triathlon. Our Philosophy
Kinetic Coaching is built around the Kinetic Chain of movement, walking and running. The Kinetic Chain is integrated units of joints and muscles controlled by the central nervous system. If you can train your brain and body to function the Kinetic Chain in the most optimal way for your chosen sport or activity then you will give yourself the best chance to achieve your goals and reach your potential. Itβs never too early or too late to challenge yourself and no goal is ever too big or too small, we believe everyone should be given the opportunity to succeed. Improving your running technique or walking mechanics and your movement are the first steps to doing this. The Movement & Running School
Kinetic Coachingβs philosophy is Aligned with The Running School and Mike Antoniadesβs philosophy, which has been developed over the last 25 years. Mike has created several protocols and methodologies to develop and improve peopleβs running technique, speed, quickness and agility. He has worked with professional and elite athletes from football, rugby and athletics as well as TV personalities and recreational athletes. Mike also trains individuals through the running school to become Certified Running Technique Specialists & Master coaches.
The idea of The Movement & Running School started in 1991, but was offically called Sport Dimensions in 1994, which then set up the first UK based speed and rehabilitation centre in 1998. The Running School was then established in 2008 from Sport Dimensions and since then has helped thousands of people recover from injury, surgery and optimise performance through the integration of physiotherapy, rehabilitation and performance training.
