Biomechanical Running Analysis

Specific running technique analysis using specialised video software. We go through each part of your run stride, from the feet all the way up to your head. We look at what you are doing well and what could be improved.

Functional Movement Analysis

Using the DMS (Dynamic Movement Skills) mat we go through several exercises that challenge your balance, muscle activation and proprioception. You are then given a score to give you an understanding of your movement and areas that need developed.

Running Technique Sessions

We offer specialised running technique sessions which involve specific running intervals focusing on your running biomechanics. A unique methodology allows your brain and body to learn the new movement pattern as quickly as possible.

Movement Re-Patterning

We use this methodology to stimulate the central nervous system and motor neurones to change and enhance your movement patterns. These changes in your body help to develop the synchronisation and speed of certain motor units that control movement in your muscles. This all links to your movement and technique when you run.

Strength, Activation and Proprioception Training

All of our running technique sessions also focus on certain strength, activation and proprioception exercises that are specific to running. Some are carried out on the DMS mat whilst others involve using light weights and complex exercises to challenge the body.

1 to 1 Technique Coaching

All running technique sessions are individualised to your exact areas for development. All sessions are done in a home gym with a top of the range Technogym treadmill and specialised equipment.
