  • Kinetic Coaching started at the beginning of 2022 with the focus of improving running technique and movement patterns to allow people to run faster and run more efficiently with less injuries. Coach Cameron fell in love with the sport of running and triathlon back at the age of 10 years old. Since then he has struggled with many different injuries due to running and has learnt so much from world class coaches, olympians and professional physios. Combining his knowledge from sport and education through The Running School Cameron now helps people to overcome injuries and optimise sporting performance through specialised training methods.

  • There are several aspects of the body that play a key role in running biomechanics and economy such as, glute activation and strength, arm drive and proprioception. At Kinetic Coaching we use unique methods to train the brain and muscles to connect and fire in the best way for each individual to get the most out of their running.

  • We support adults and children of all ages and abilities, from elite footballers and triathletes competing on the world stage or beginners who want to learn how to run and move better.

    We start with a Biomechanical Analysis assessment session, followed by running or walking technique sessions, which can be combined with speed and multi-directional speed coaching. It is recommended to have a minimum of 6 running technique and movement sessions, or 12 speed sessions, anything less may not be enough time to effectively transform your running or walking technique and speed.
