This is a 6 or 12 session programme for any individual involved in multi-directional sports such as football, tennis, cricket and rugby. This programme will combine technique sessions, speed sessions and Dynamic Movement Skills sessions, which target your agility, quickness of feet and turning ability as well as your explosiveness. All of this will be tailored to your individual sport. We work with teenagers from 15 years old to elite professional athletes developing individual Speed Programmes to help them achieve their objective.
It is recommended to book the 12-Week Programme, as 6-weeks may not be enough time to allow your body to learn and adapt to the multi-directional speed training.
Overview
The 6 & 12 session programmes will combine our treadmill based technique and speed sessions along with Dynamic Movement Skills sessions which target your agility, quickness of feet and turning ability as well as your explosiveness. All of this will be tailored to your individual sport. We will also develop your rotational core strength through exercises that we incorporate in your sessions and give to you as homework.
