Our Running Technique Coaching sessions are offered in a block of six or twelve sessions to ensure that you are successful in changing your technique and reaching your goal. These coaching sessions are dedicated to learning the correct technique by using our accelerated learning methods. We also give you homework to do, this allows you to speed up the process of re-training your Kinetic Chain to improve movement and running technique. All exercises are individual and specific to your key areas for development. These sessions are normally only for someone who has gone through the biomechanical running analysis or the 6 week course.


Overview

These coaching sessions focus on improving the areas we have identified in the analysis through our unique coaching methodology which is aligned with The Running School that use accelerated learning techniques. These sessions will be reinforced by strength, activation and mobility exercises, and you will be provided with guidance and programmes on how to practice your running technique. Finally, on completion of the sessions we will review your goals and you will receive a before & after video of your running outlining the improvements in your technique which you can use to keep you on track!
